Beef Flank Steak AAA marinated with a chimichurri sauce, pre-cooked sous vide. For best results, reheat on the barbecue for a perfect meat coloring.

Ingredients: Beef flank, canola oil, italian parsley, red pepper, red wine vinegar, chives, lemon juice, garlic, spices

Contains: Sulphite

Cooking method

Meat precooked at low temperature for optimal results. You just have to warm it up.

For the BBQ:
01- Heat your BBQ to the maximum and keep it closed.
02- Uncovered (BBQ not closed), cook your flank steak for 2 minutes on each side (do not move the flank steak).
03- Let it stand for 1 to 2 minutes before cutting.

For the oven:
01- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
02- Place your flank steak on a baking sheet for 5 minutes.
03- Let it stand for 1 to 2 minutes before cutting.

 

Preservation method

Keeps up to 10 days in the fridge.
Can be frozen. Thaw 24 hours in the fridge before cooking.
