Braised Angus Beef Ribs With Whiskey BBQ Sauce
Serving: For 2 people.
Braised Angus certified beef ribs and Whiskey BBQ sauce accompanied with smoked mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.
Ingredients: Certified Angus Beef Haut-de-côtes de boeuf, asparagus, potato, Ketchup , unsalted butter, milk, lemon, Coca-Cola, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, sugar, Whiskey, natural smoke flavor, salt, garlic, onion powder, spices.
Contains: Dairy products, soy, fish or seafood, sulphite.
In boiling water:
01- Boil about 5L of water in a large saucepan;
02- Add the bag of prime rib of beef to the boiling water;
03- Reduce the heat to medium and let heat for 10 minutes;
04 – After 5 min, add the other sachets and heat for 5 min;
05- Using tongs and a serving spoon, place the bags on a kitchen towel (be careful it’s hot), arrange the plates.
On the BBQ:
01- Preheat the BBQ at 500°F and bring to a boil 3 L of water in a saucepan.
02- Open the bag with the meat and place the beef directly on the grill at medium intensity, for 7 to 8 minutes. Brush the meat with the BBQ sauce a few times.
03- Place the bag of mash potatoes in the saucepan with the water. Open the bag of asparagus and place the vegetable directly on the BBQ grill. Heat both for 5 minutes.
04- Using tongs, remove the bag of mash potatoes from the water and remove the asparagus and beef from the BBQ.
05- Using tongs and a serving spoon, arrange the plates.
