Braised beef scoter topped with a red wine sauce, served with honey roasted beets and gratin dauphinois.
Ingredients: Dauphinois potato gratin (potatoes, cream, cheese, salt, garlic aroma, pepper, nutmeg), beef, red beet, yellow beet, carrot, onion, celery, veal demi-glace, red wine, canola oil, honey, garlic, salt, cornstarch, spices, thyme.
