Chimichurri Cauliflower Steak & Mexican Salad
Serving: For 2 people.
Cauliflower steak marinated in spices served on a warm Mexican beans salad of Mexican legumes and topped with chimichurri sauce.
Ingredients: Cauliflower, canola oil, red wine vinegar, red pepper, cherry tomato, edamame, corn, red kidney beans, black beans, chickpeas, italian parsley, spices, chives, lemon juice, salt, steak spices, smoked paprika, garlic,parsley, cajun seasoning, dehydrated vegetables.
Contains : Sulphite, soy, mustard.
01- Boil about 5L of water in a large saucepan;
02- Add all your meal packets to the boiling water;
03- Reduce heat to medium and let sit for 8 minutes;
04- Using a pair of scissors and a serving spoon, set the plates as suggested above.
