Duck Leg Confit, Blueberry Sauce
Serving: For 1 person.
Confit duck leg, topped with a blueberry sauce and served with roasted butternut squash on a bed of pilaf rice.
Ingredients: Confit duck legs, yellow onion, carrot, celery, garlic, bay leaf, parboiled long grain rice, yellow beet, beetroot, honey, canola oil, whole wild blueberries, veal broth, corn starch.
Contains: Gluten, tree nuts, fish and seafood, soy, wheat, sulphite, peanut.
– Remove the plastic ﬁlm covering the food;
– If there is a container of sauce, pour in the desired amount before reheating your dish
(do not heat the sauce container in the microwave);
– Heat the tray in the microwave for 2:30 to 3 minutes;
– Remove and enjoy! CAREFUL, IT’S HOT!
