Herb Baked Cod Fillet
Portion: For 1 person.
Herb baked cod fillet served with curried cauliflower, green beans and honey roasted beetroot.
Ingredients: Cod, tomato, water, zucchini, eggplant, onion, barley, mozzarella, black olive, red onion, caper, parmesan, celery, carrot, garlic, salt, tomato paste, sugar, spices.
Contains: Sulphite, fish or seafood, gluten, dairy products.
01 – Remove the plastic ﬁlm covering the food;
02 – If there is a container of sauce, pour in the desired amount before reheating your dish (do not heat the sauce container in the microwave);
03 – Heat the tray in the microwave for 2:30 to 3 minutes;
04 – Remove and enjoy! CAREFUL, IT’S HOT!
