Vegan lentil and tofu curry, served with Cajun roasted 3-color peppers on a bed of basmati rice.

Ingredients: Yellow onion, green pepper, green zucchini, celery root, garlic, coconut milk, whole peeled Italian tomatoes with basil, green lentils, ginger, curry, turmeric, non-iodized granulated salt, cayenne pepper, plain tofu, basmati rice, beans whole greens, shelled edamame, Provence herbs.

Contains: Soy, sulphite.

May contain: Gluten, tree nuts, sesame, wheat, peanuts.

Cooking method

01 – Remove the plastic film covering the food;
02 – If there is a container of sauce, pour in the desired amount before reheating your dish
(do not heat the sauce container in the microwave);
03 – Heat the tray in the microwave for 2:30 to 3 minutes;
