Grilled Tuna Tataki With Japanese Spices
Portions: For 2 people.
Grilled tuna tataki loin with Japanese spices, with buckwheat noodle salad and crunchy vegetables, accompanied with pan-fried oyster mushroom.
Ingredients: Yellowfin tuna, buckwheat noodles, oyster mushroom, red peppers, snow peas, carrot, celery, green onion, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, spices, sesame oil, grilled Nori seaweed, orange, sesame seeds, ginger, garlic.
Contains: Sesame, gluten, soy, wheat, gish or seafood.
May contain: Sulphite, dairy products , egg.
01- Boil about 5 L of water in a large saucepan.
02- Add the bag of buckwheat noodle salad to the boiling water and reduce the heat to medium and let warm for 5 minutes.
03- Place a dish towel on the counter on which you will place your bags.
04- Cut the tuna into strips as suggested in the photo.
05- Use a tong to remove the bag from the water and place on the towel (WARNING HOT) and arrange the plates.
