Gabrielle Potatoes With Seasonings, Precooked
Serving: For 2 people.
Gabrielle Potatoes from Île d’Orléans with seasonings, pre-cooked sous-vide and ready to heat on the BBQ (or in the oven).
Ingredients: Fingerling potato, canola oil, spices, salt, smoked paprika.
For the BBQ:
01 – Heat your BBQ to the maximum and keep it closed.
02 – Open the vacuum bag and place the potatoes in the tray provided.
03 – Uncovered (BBQ not closed), cook your potatoes 8 minutes, stirring occasionnaly.
In the oven:
01 -Preheat your oven to 375°F.
02 -Open the vacuum bag and place the potatoes in the tray provided.
03 -Reheat in the oven for 8 minutes.
Keeps up to 10 days in the fridge.
Can be frozen. Thaw 24 hours in the fridge before cooking.
