Tempeh and shiitake vegetarian «meatballs» in a homemade tomato sauce, served with broccoli, cauliflower and roasted sweet potato cubes.

Ingredients: Natural organic gluten-free soy tempeh, shiitake mushroom, cumin, maple syrup, parsley, sweet potato, canola oil, Montreal steak spices, broccoli, cauliflower, Provence herbs, large eggs, yellow onion, garlic, whole peeled Italian tomatoes with basil, tomato paste, oregano, bay leaf, white sugar, salt.

Cooking method

01 – Remove the plastic film covering the food;
02 – If there is a container of sauce, pour in the desired amount before reheating your dish
(do not heat the sauce container in the microwave);
